Half-naked Adrien Broner is a problem for McDonald’s staff

Adrien Broner got in the face of fast food staff in a viral video that raised eyebrows over his behavior.

The fighter is struggling to control himself again prior to promoter Don King announcing his next fight.

Broner took to McDonald’s during his off-training period and was filmed by his social media threatening staff in McDonald’s.

The former four-weight world champion posted the footage himself, leaving some believing it was a joke and not a serious incident.

However, during the clip, employees attempting to diffuse the situation threaten to call the police.

The disturbance came as Broner’s return to the ring got confirmed for November 4 in Miami. “The Problem’ aims to build on his comeback victory over Bill Hutchinson earlier this year.

Competing in a second outing of 2023 [if he makes it to the ring], it will be the first time Broner has fought more than once in a calendar year in six years.

His promotional company said: “Don King, who just celebrated his 92nd birthday, has been working non-stop to put together another boxing card that is a night that fans will remember.

“That birthday celebration will continue in his next non-stop promotion in his “Only in America 92 Celebration.” He has assembled a boxing extravaganza like no other set for Casino Miami Jai Alai.”

Don King added: “We are bringing the public a boxing card. All the fights will be co-feature events. It’s one great fight after another. It will be an action-packed night to remember. We have more to come.”

Broner at welterweight

According to the information provided to World Boxing News, it looks as though Broner has ditched his efforts to boil down to 140 pounds.

He did look overweight in the McDonald’s video and only managed to get down to 147 pounds on his return in April against Hutchinson.

Before that, all the information pointed to Broner trying to land a shot at Regis Prograis. Broner will have fewer opportunities at welterweight due to Terence Crawford holding all the titles.

“Broner continues his return to the top of the welterweight division as he meets another Cincinnati, OH fighter in Chris Howard,” said DKP.

“Stepping up to battle Broner, Howard is 18-2-1, 8 KOs as a professional.”

Broner vs Howard will top a card featuring Noel Mikaelian vs Ilunga Makabu for the vacant WBC cruiserweight title.
