Pacquiao: Floyd brags, but I am just waiting for him to sign the contract

The 36 year-old, who is the WBO welterweight champion, has all but agreed to each and every demand that could potentially be stipulated by Mayweather as the Filipino eyes a three-belt unification with the current WBC and WBA title holder.

Even Mayweather’s need to stage the bout of May 2 has seemingly been adhered to by Pacquiao and his team as both sides continue to sift through terms for what will be the most lucrative fight of all time if agreed in the coming weeks.

“Floyd brags about his lifestyle and everything! I don’t care. I’m just waiting here for him to sign the contract,” said Pacquiao, who has taken to social media more than usual in his bid to seal a career-defining battle.

Mayweather, 37, has also been vocal of his desire to meet Pacquiao in the ring in late spring, with a two-fight deal a distinct possibility as the American winds down his six-fight deal with Showtime.

A fight double with Pacquiao would bring to an end one of the richest deals in sports history this coming September, but whether Mayweather then continues on after that would depend entirely on the result of any contests with his main rival.
