Browne: Wilder’s windmills should take care of Fury, then I’ll beat Deontay down!

The 34 year-old Australian is lined up to fight for the vacant Commonwealth title after working his way to mandatory status and just needs to finalize his opponent for the April bout at the Melbourne Pavilion.

Browne is fully focused on his dream of picking up a first belt in the pro ranks, although is constantly linked to fights with the likes of Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder, which ‘Big Daddy’ hopes address after his spring outing.

“Everyone is talking about me and Fury or Wilder and they are both fights I definitely want,” Browne told World Boxing News.

“I would have no hesitation accepting a fight with either once I win the Commonweath title and move up the rankings. These are the type of fights I want to be involved in.”

Wilder, who has 30 wins from 30 fights all in side four rounds, has been embroiled in a war of words with the returning Fury via Twitter these past few days, although a fight between the two seems highly unlikely to happen until later in the year.

If the American and his UK-based adversary do agree to get it on anytime soon, Browne has his own opinion of who will come out on top and has full belief that he can be a threat to either down the line.

“Wilder has a very frantic style and is very hyped up, whilst Fury is always talking about a fight between us later on. I think they are both just hyping shit up for themselves, but if they did meet I could see Wilder possibly taking Fury out with his windmill punching style.

“If that happens then I’d like to put my challenge out to Wilder right now. I would like to see him fight a big puncher like myself and see how he goes.

“Let’s see if he could take my pressure,” he added.
