Steven Spark, Luis Castillo go face-to-face ahead of Saturday clash

THEY STOOD FACE TO FACE, EYEBALL TO EYE BALL, they talked the talk now we find out who will walk the walk. Australian Champion Steven Spark (7-1 7ko) and Mexican WBC FECOMBOX title holder Luis Ronaldo Castillo (19-1 15ko) are ready for war.

”I know I come to his house and his people will be supporting him but inside the ring its only him and I,” Castillo said.

“This is the biggest opportunity of my career and a chance to climb into the big league and I will make the most of it.

”I won’t leave the decision in the judges hands.”

Spark in response was equally confident of victory on Saturday night.

I’ve trained hard,” Spark said.

“I’ve done a lot of work over the last 12 weeks – sacrificed a lot.

“I really do believe I can win a world title.

“I don’t look past an opponent, I look through them.

“I’m motivated by what’s next for me.

“When I won the Australian title I thought what’s next after this.

“I know I’ve got a big, big task ahead of me on Saturday night.

“I say good luck to Ronaldo Castillo and may the best man win.”

Important info for all.
