Both organisations are set to relieve Fury of his position at the top of the boxing ladder as the ‘Gypsy King’ goes through treatment for mental and drug problems.
Joseph Parker and American contender Andy Ruiz Jr. are set to be mandated to battle for Fury’s old WBO championship, whilst a decision on the WBA version could hinge on an agreement between rivals Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko.
