Broner, 23, posted this mugshot of his arrest on his official Twitter page, before later deleting it and it is thought the two-weight world champion was kept in custody for a few hours following the incident that led to his time in custody.
Initial reports are that Broner was a participant in a fracas which involved more than one person, although nothing at this stage has been confirmed by the fighter or his representatives.
‘The Problem’ is currently lined-up to fight for the WBA welterweight title in June against Paulie Malignaggi and holds a standout 26-fight winning record with 22 stoppages.
