Listen: What was really said between Mayweather and McGregor during the L.A. staredown

UFC boss Dana White has posted on social media a clip of the heated face-off between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor on Tuesday in L.A.

Mayweather and McGregor went hell for leather, verbally, as they finished off their kick-off press conference and White’s video can clearly make out what threats the pair were exchanging.

McGregor tells Mayweather he’ll, ‘bounce his head off the canvas’ and ‘it’ll only take one shot’ because that’s what he does, whilst Mayweather fires back with, ‘knock me, then’ and ‘we’ll see’ as the pair came extremely close to physical contact.

First thoughts are that Mayweather has inserted a clause in the contract preventing any pre-fight shenanigans, meaning there should be plenty more verbals on offer this week.
