Deontay Wilder v Dereck Chisora confirmed for June 15 in London

The 28-0 bruiser, who has stopped all his foes within four rounds, will take on former world title challenger Dereck Chisora at Wembley Arena on June 15.

Frank Warren made the announcement at a press conference in London today as his protégé Chisora continues his comeback from a high-profile loss to David Haye last July.

29 year-old Chisora dispatched the unheralded Hector Avila in nine rounds upon his return at the same venue on April 20, but makes a considerable step-up from the Argentinian to meet the feared Wilder over ten rounds.

Wilder, known as the ‘Bronze Bomber’ and with ‘Bomb Squad’ in tow, is facing domestic assault charges in his home country after an incident last weekend and whether that will have any impact on his clash with ‘Del Boy’ is as yet unknown.
