Pacquiao (57-5-2, 38 KOs), arrived in Los Angeles Saturday night, resting on Sunday, and then embarking upon an eight-week mission, to boldly go where no man has gone before…namely to buck the trend by defeating “Money.” His Galaxy home base will be the Wild Card Gym, led by Hall of Fame Trainer Commander Freddie Roach.
Perfectionist Floyd (47-0, 26 KOs), is hardly light years away, training under the portals of his own star-spangled gym in Las Vegas, with the guidance and sage advice of his Father Floyd Sr. and his Uncle Roger Mayweather.
Floyd and Manny will be face to face, yet only for a single encounter of the third kind, prior to MEGAFIGHT. The date for that, is Wednesday, March 11th at 11:00 am at a venue still cloaked in mystery, somewhere in downtown Los Angeles. Watch this space!
