Michael Benson shared a video of the night on Sunday, showing Bellew and Hearn going in for a man-hug only to smash their skulls together.
Comically, Hearn replied to the social media post saying, ‘He didn’t even feel it at the time’ – although the bash did look a bit sore as the Matchroom boss went noggin to noggin with the heavyweight bruiser.
Can't believe I've never seen this before… Eddie Hearn and Tony Bellew headbutting each other after Joshua stops Klitschko ????

Slowed down, the clip shows Hearn initially wincing before carrying on with the celebrations after Joshua halted Klitschko in the eleventh round at Wembley Stadium.
It’s not the first time Hearn has been involved in a comedy moment after a fight as shown in the aftermath of Carl Froch’s win over Lucian Bute in 2012 and Bellew’s own win over David Haye in March 2017.
