Fury has already had a row over his gloves resolved but was initially unhappy at how bouncy the canvas was for his big challenge at the ESPRIT Arena in Dusseldorf tonight.
After a two-hour stand-off, the fight is now set to go ahead after the ring was pulled up and reconfigured to specifications that were approved by Team Fury.
Vali had earlier explained that the fight was in ‘serious doubt’ but now says the four-belt world heavyweight title bout will happen and that Fury is ready for ‘fight time’ tonight.
It’s another small victory for Fury, 26, who obviously wants everything to be completely perfect before stepping between the ropes for the Sky Sports Box Office encounter.
Klitschko v Fury will also be shown on RTL in Germany and HBO in the USA.
