Povetkin v Perez / Drozd v Janik: Weights from Moscow

The main protagonists for Friday’s WBC double-header weighed in on Thursday as Alexander Povetkin and Mike Perez prepare to battle it out for a shot at WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.

In the Moscow co-feature, Grigory Drozd is set to defend his WBC cruiserweight belt for the first time against Lukasz Janik following the withdrawal of original opponent Krzysztof Wlodarczyk. Also on the bill, Rakhim Chakhkiev fights Junior Wright for the vacant IBO cruiserweight championship.
