The WBC have revealed their rankings for September with the heavyweights changing only slightly over the past month.

Tyson Fury rises again after announcing his intention to challenge current champion Deontay Wilder in December on the back of defeating Francesco Pianeta in Belfast, whilst mandatory contender Dominic Breazeale drops for the second time in succession.

Frenchman Tony Yoka remains despite being handed a one-year ban by authorities in his home country, whilst Bryant Jennings is now eligible for a shot at the green belt after moving up from 16 to 13 following victory over Alexander Dimitrenko.

Dillian Whyte remains at number one, although is not allowed to become mandatory unless he defeats a WBC stipulated opponent.

The Briton turned down the chance to face Luis Ortiz for the mandatory spot earlier in 2018.
