Kell Brook is no longer fishing for an all-UK battle with Amir Khan after winning his recent comeback fight earlier this month.
‘The Special One’ defeated the unheralded Mark DeLuca with ease in Sheffield and now wants big names after dropping Khan as a target.
“I’ve got bigger fish to fry,” Brook told SiriusXM’s The AK And Barak Show. “I’m wanting to fight the guys that do want to fight, the best out there. He doesn’t seem to want to fight, you know me, it is so easy to be made as well. He is running out.”
Brook has his crosshairs on some of the best around right now. One of whom is ex-opponent Errol Spence.
Despite Spence battering Brook on his home soil the first time, Brook still wants to go back for more.
“I would love to have the Errol Spence fight rematch because I know and the people around me know what happened,” he said.

“We know from the Golovkin fight and the training camp for the Spence fight. I think this version of Kell Brook would beat Errol Spence. I would love, love that rematch.”
Name-dropping Terence Crawford into the bargain, Brook also stated his intention to push for a world title shot at super-welterweight.
“Crawford. He’s the man there in the division but we also can’t rule out super welterweight so (WBC champion, Jermell) Charlo or this other guy who won the world title (Brook didn’t name but meant Jeison Rosario or possibly Patrick Teixeira). We should put a poll together on your show. Who should I be fighting next?”
“I just want to be in those big fights. There’s a lot of talk about politics in this game. But welterweight or super welterweight I am here.
“I’m not hiding away from any fighter and I can show you guys why I am the man.”
A fight at 154 pounds seems the most logical option for Brook at this point in time. With Spence still recovering from a car accident in which he was lucky to survive, ‘The Truth’ could be out of commission until the late summer.
