The first two Celebrity Gogglebox episodes have been aired on consecutive Friday’s and once again Chris Eubank has taken centre stage.

Alongside son and current IBO super-middleweight champion Chris Jr., Senior has been quipping his way to the nation’s hearts.

From being scared by ‘Killing Eve’ to asking Junior if he, ‘knew what a Ryvita was’. The UK boxing legend has become an instant hit on the show.

Viewing selected clips from a range of programmes chosen by producers at Channel 4, Eubank and Jr. are asked to be completely spontaneous in their responses.

Some from Eubank have become classics already.

Here are some from episodes one and two:

“I’m an expert on boxing, but not on words.” – Chris Eubank Sr.

“To be told your antique is worth absolutely nothing is shattering. And being the sympathetic soul I am, I didn’t find any humour in that at all.” – Chris Eubank Sr.

“I’m always afraid of the unknown, nothing else. If I can see it, I can deal with it. But the unknown always makes me oooh (quivering hands).” – Chris Eubank Sr.

On Jodie Comer’s role in Killing Eve after watching a particular scene, Junior chipped in with his own.

“Pretty Badass.” – Chris Eubank Jr.

In Friday night’s offering, Eubank Sr. was seen dancing to the theme tune of ITV 2’s ‘Love Island’ – which features Tyson Fury’s brother Tommy.

Eubank also embarrassed his offspring by standing up and imagining himself moving to Barry White music.
