Divisional Boxing Rankings / Women’s P4P update: May 2019

The divisional boxing rankings have been updated for May 2019 with Terence Crawford and Julian Williams making big moves at 147 and 154 respectively.

Crawford ousted Amir Khan in six rounds when they met in April, whilst Williams managed to overthrow Jarrett Hurd to claim three versions of the super-welterweight title.

At heavyweight, there’s no change ahead of a massive four weeks for the top division. Deontay Wilder, Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury are all in action.

Cruiserweight sees two of the biggest stars at 200 pounds drop out due to moving up in weight, whilst Kevin Lerena and Dennis Lebedev are in.

Sergey Kovalev is back in contention at light-heavyweight, with Canelo Alvarez solid at the summit of the middleweight pile.

Regis Prograis is only behind Mikey Garcia at 140, whilst Juan Estrada is the recognized number one at super-flyweight on the back of his victory over Srisaket Sor Rungvisai.

The Women’s pound for pound ratings see Cecilia Braekhus remain at the helm despite Claressa Shields impressively joining her on undisputed status.
