A video has emerged of Jenny Sushe at an after-party which shows the Vegas Sports Daily enjoying time with the team of Kubrat Pulev.
Shared by the Team Pulev brothers official fan page, the media is said to have been shot at 3 am in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A short time earlier, Sushe had claimed she was ‘forcefully kissed’ and ‘groped on the buttocks’ by Pulev without her consent.
The clip, only a few seconds long, claims to show Sushe, real name Jenny Ravalo, in a provocative position. Shushe is straddling a person whilst seemingly carefree.
The video then pans around to show Pulev is also present.
Questions on the Facebook page are now being asked of Sushe due to her genuine fear of being in the company of Pulev some time after a ‘sexual assault’ was alleged to have taken place.
“3:00 AM, a few hours after the famous kiss, Jenny Sushi in the context of a sexually abused woman!” – said the accompanying words with the clip.
A photo of the group from another angle, which was taken from the side Pulev was sitting, was posted alongside the following words:
“If a woman is sexually assaulted or threatened in any way, by someone in the company, she probably wouldn’t stay all night until 6:00 am. “She wouldn’t sit on the lap of the different men she is in the company of.”
Pulev has been suspended by the California State Athletic Commission over the matter. Consequently, the veteran has to explain his actions on May 14.
The video could now be used as part of Pulev’s defense.
Hiring a lawyer in Gloria Allred, Sushe released a statement on Thursday which outlined her intention to seek punishment for Pulev.
“I conducted the interview in a backstage area inside his tent. I started the interview. Mid-interview, he grabbed my face and kissed me. I was immediately shocked and embarrassed, and didn’t know how to respond,” said Sushe.
“Next, I walked to the table to put my items in my backpack. He grabbed both of my buttocks and squeezed with both of his hands. Then he walked away without saying anything to me and laughed.
“It made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated that Kubrat Pulev would treat me in such an unprofessional manner. I did not encourage or consent to Mr. Pulev grabbing my face, kissing me, or grabbing my backside.
“I was there at the event covering the boxing match as a professional member of the press. Kissing a woman on her lips without her consent and grabbing her is not acceptable.”
Pulev has remained silent until an interview with Bulgarian media this weekend.
“I judged that the person (Sushe) opposite me didn’t just want a kiss, but much more,” said the former world title challenger.
Massive fights against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are in the pipeline for Pulev. Therefore, he needs to be able to fight on US soil.
A lucrative deal with Top Rank and ESPN hangs in the balance as the case continues.
