Terence Freshwater signs with Goodwin Boxing

Goodwin Boxing are delighted to announce the signing of Buckinghamshire’s Super-Lightweight prospect Terence Freshwater.

Terence who is trained by Steve Sandford in Aylesbury will make his professional debut on 6th July at York Hall, Bethnal Green.

A Southpaw counterpuncher, Terence will be looking to impose his immense punch power in the division. Trainer Steve Sandford says “I have no doubt that Terence will be British Champion at the very minimum.”

Having had an extensive amateur career at Bletchley ABC, Terence has done the necessary ground work and preparation to move to the professional ranks.

“We are always looking for top talent” said head of Goodwin Boxing Steve Goodwin. Terence will be the second boxer we have from the Aylesbury area (Adi Burden 9-0 Super-Middleweight) and we will be looking to guide Terence all the way to titles. I am extremely excited to have signed Terence.”

This young prospect has a large army of fans and will be looking to combine boxing at York Hall with other home shows in the Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire area as Goodwin Boxing expand the number of fighters in the area.

Don’t blink when Terence is in the ring. It will be an exciting journey.
