Canelo, Rocky comfortably make weight, almost hit the same mark

Canelo Alvarez and Rocky Fielding comfortably came in underweight for their super-middleweight title contest on Saturday.

Canelo scaled 167.4 pounds, whilst WBA champion Fielding hit a mark just two pounds north.

The size difference is apparent and has been all week. But the fact that they are so close in poundage could be worrying for the Briton.

Odds on a Canelo knockout have been falling by the minute as the Mexican bids to become a three-weight world title holder.

Fights involving David Lemieux and Vergil Ortiz were called off at the last minute dropping the bill to eight bouts.
