Saul “Canelo” Alvarez breezed through the pre-weigh-in, 30 days prior to the eagerly awaited rematch against the World Boxing Council middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin.
Pre-weigh ins of 30 and 7 days prior to a combat required by the WBC, are needed in order to prevent sudden dehydration that can cause serious damage to fighters.
