Fresh from his face-to-face confrontation with champion Anthony Joshua, outspoken heavyweight contender Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller will be joining the Sky Sports Box Office commentary team for next Saturday’s heavyweight fight, being broadcast live from the O2 Arena in London.
Brooklyn’s undefeated Miller (21-0-1, 18 KOs), rated WBA, IBF & WBO #3, will serve as a color analyst when top contender Dillian Whyte takes on former champion Joseph Parker in a 12-rounder for the World Boxing Council Silver Heavyweight and vacant World Boxing Organisation International Heavyweight Championships.
“I am a student of the game and keep a close eye on the heavyweight division,” said Miller.
“Whyte vs Parker is a great, significant match-up. I look forward to giving the boxing fans watching SKY a detailed view from my perspective on their physical and mental preparations for this exciting fight.
“See you ringside!”
Adam Smith, Executive Producer/Presenter, Sky Sports, says Miller’s eagerness to give his frank opinions on himself and his rivals in the big man’s division make him a welcome addition to the team.
“We are very excited that Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller is joining the Sky team next week for the build up to the thrilling heavyweight showdown between Dillian Whyte and Joseph Parker,” said Smith.
“We have welcomed Paulie Malignaggi and Deontay Wilder in similar roles before and we believe Jarrell will be a fascinating and modern addition to our excellent team of analysts. He has huge charisma, strong opinions and is obviously an enticing and very lively member of the new heavyweight brigade.
“July 28th is a stacked Summer show live on Sky Sports Box Office and the fact that the unbeaten New Yorker is in London will just add to the excitement! Jarrell will be at all the major media events and will join us ringside on the night – you don’t want to miss him!”
