Mike Tyson gives his verdict on Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder

Upon witnessing Fury’s first comeback fight, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet had no hesitation backing the Briton over the WBC title holder should they meet in the future.

Fury returned last weekend to halt cruiserweight Sefer Seferi in four rounds after spending time out following a win over Wladimir Klitschko in 2015.

Speaking in an exchange with host Randy Gordon, Tyson said he believes Fury is too awkward for the big hitting American.

Randy (asking opinion on): Tyson Fury

Tyson: I like Tyson Fury

Randy: Do you think 6’9 Tyson Fury can become a force again in the heavyweight division?

Tyson: I think he could beat Deontay Wilder.

Randy: Why, why do you think that?

Tyson: He’s just made for the guy, you know what I mean? Tyson’s very awkward, he’s not used to fighting a guy that awkward or that big either
