Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has added another string to his bow after being officially granted a boxing license by the British Boxing Board of Control.
The returning lineal ruler made a second application whilst inviting to apply for a boxer’s certificate and now holds a second license to manage fighters.
Currently signed with MTK Global, who handle his affairs alongside promoter Frank Warren, Fury now has the capacity to look after his own affairs.
Fury also has the power to sign other prospects should the 29 year-old choose to do so as he closes in on a first outing in over two years.
‘The Gypsy King’ is pencilled in to return on June 9 at Manchester Arena against an opponent yet to be named.
Some of those linked to being in the opposite corner include Sefer Seferi, BJ Flores and Gary Cornish.
