The opening fight of the Anthony Joshua v Joseph Parker Pay-Per-View event saw a shock defeat for Morgan Jones in dramatic fashion in Cardiff.

The Welshmen dominated every round and looked to set to wrap things up at the beginning of the final round after knocking Mose Auimatagi Jnr to the canvas.

However, the contest was brought to an end just EIGHT seconds before the final bell after the New Zealand super-middleweight sensationally turned the tables.

The referee intervened as Auimatagi landed several devastating blows to the temple.

Cardiff’s Joe Cordina wasted no time in pleasing home fans at the Principality Stadium, dispatching Belgium’s Hakim Ben Ali within three rounds.

The ‘Welsh Wizard’ picked up his first professional title along the way, winning the vacant WBA International lightweight title.

Joshua Buatsi continued his impressive start to the professional rankings, comprehensively defeating Bartolmiej Grafka by winning every round to record a 60-54 points victory.
