There could be a new Tyson on the block in the coming years if a recent Instagram post is anything to go by – enter Miguel Tyson, son of boxing legend ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson.
At just 15 years old, Miguel is already displaying the trademark head movement of his father, coupled with the ferocious uppercuts that helped Tyson rule the boxing world between 1985 and 1990.
Should Miguel follow down the past of his former undisputed heavyweight title holding dad, big interest would be sure to follow.
Tyson was one of the biggest boxing draws of all time, earning millions of Pay-Per-View buys during his career, and promoters would be queueing up around the block to take a younger version on board.
Upon viewing the short post, Miguel has some way to go before he is the finished article but with the experience of trainer Cus D’Amato instilled in Mike, who’d bet against them embarking on a run in the top division ranks.
