Shocker: Floyd Mayweather posts octagon video, UFC move back on?

WBN 30/01/2018

Former pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. has once again teased fans regarding a return to action – but this time in the octagon.

Just weeks after the 40 year-old denied any notion of taking up an offer from Dana White to fight in UFC, Mayweather has felt the need to test the cage out for himself.

In the short clip, Mayweather is seen barefooted walking around the eight-sided arena readying himself for practice before the video abruptly ends before ‘Money’ begins.

Mayweather last fought in August when defeating UFC’s top star Conor McGregor – a victory which earned the American a $100,000,000 check before he even entered the ring in Las Vegas.

Most fans want to see a second clash between the pair, but only in under MMA rules as McGregor stalls on his mandatory duties with the other UFC featherweights.

Whether a return will actually make it over the line is another story entirely though as Mayweather continues to play the media at their own game and keeps everyone dangling at the end of his string.

This latest post represents the THIRD from Mayweather in the last few days alone as sceptics begin to believe the pair are already preparing for the second contest.

#MCM Mayweather Crushes McGregor.
