Tyson Fury still has a way to go in his bid to get back to fighting shape but that doesn’t mean the 28 year-old isn’t looking sharp in the gym.
Training at Ricky Hatton’s gym in Hyde, Manchester, Fury is being put through his paces and seems to be getting better by the day.
Masses of red tape are still hampering Fury’s bid to return to action in 2018, although the skills are clearly still there for the self-professed ‘Gypsy King’.
Fury last fought way back in November 2015 when dethroning Wladimir Klitschko of his clutch of heavyweight belts only to drop each one as claims of drug test failures and out of the ring partying filled the column inches.
In recent weeks, Fury has set himself a new goal of purely focusing on his fitness but will certainly have to keep in regular contact with the British Boxing Board of Control and the UK Anti-Doping Agency if any future fight is to be forthcoming.
Liverpool’s David Price is being touted as a comeback opponent for Fury, who is eyeing a world title challenge against Anthony Joshua in the next eighteen months.
