WBC Ratings update: Dillian Whyte ranked #1, Tony Bellew boosted

The Londoner scored a drab points win over the Finn at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff last month to move closer to securing top target Deontay Wilder in the future.

Whyte may have to battle ex-Anthony Joshua foe Dominic Breazeale in a final eliminator but remains firmly in the world title picture.

Breazeale defeated Eric Molina on the Wilder v Bermane Stiverne undercard in a #2 eliminator with the WBC.

Tony Bellew gains ground by moving up to number six in other news, while ex-green and gold belt holder Stiverne remains in the Top 15 despite being flattened by Wilder in less than one round.

Agit Kabayel also moves on the back of his win over Derek Chisora, although Australian slugger Lucas Browne has now overtaken ‘Del Boy.’
