Jamie Moore posted a picture on his social media account on Tuesday confirming his current trial period with former world champion Carl Frampton.
As WBN revealed this week, Frampton is spending a few days with Moore to see if both can potentially work together in the future.
Frampton has left long-term coach Shane McGuigan following a business split with his former trainer’s father Barry and is scouting around for a replacement.
WBN understands Moore is not the only option open to Frampton, but if things work out this week, the pair could decide to make it a permanent feature.
‘The Jackal’ is eyeing a return to action by the end of the year on the back of a collapsed fight against Andres Gutierrez.

Mexican contender Gutierrez suffered an injury in the shower the night before a scheduled bout with Frampton in July and has since signed on to fight Abner Mares.
That leaves Frampton free to pursue a blockbuster clash with IBF featherweight champion Lee Selby before the Welshman is handed another mandatory challenger.
Josh Warrington recently agreed a final eliminator with Dennis Ceylan for the chance to contest Selby’s belt and Frampton may have to be quick in order to beat the winner to the punch.
Whether Frampton will have Moore in his corner for that comeback should be decided by the end of this week and made public soon afterwards.
Moore currently works with Tommy Coyle and enjoyed a previous spell with old opponent Matthew Macklin.
