Fury responds to Joshua’s ‘boring’ jibe, labels champ ‘a bully’

It all began with Fury offering Joshua a fight earlier this year and has since resulted in a back and forth spat between the UK stars.

Joshua called Fury’s win over common rival Wladimir Klitschko ‘boring’, which has led to the following social media post in return.

“Boring hay! We see who is boring when you face me!” said Fury.

“A big bully is what you are you big dosser. Big femi (is) your bully street name.

“I’ve seen your type many times. The man who can’t speak his own mind, the plastic Nigerian. I’m more Nigerian than you!

“I’ll fly the flag for Nigeria when we fight. Gypsy man represents the world. Ali had words for a man like you, they were Uncle Tom.”

Fury, 28, is currently in training for what could be a sensational comeback later this year, whilst Joshua looks likely to be tied to a rematch with Klitschko or mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev.

If both are to eventually meet, Fury would need at least one top ten opponent in order to get back in the reckoning for what would potentially be the biggest British heavyweight clash of all time.

For now, fans will have to make do with a war of words before fists eventually fly, which can be entertaining enough prior to the pair agreeing a super-fight in the future.
