Andre Berto, Shawn Porter, Jermell Charlo and Charles Hately all weighed in successfully on Friday ahead of this weekend’s double-header at the Barclays Center.
Berto battles Porter in Brooklyn for the opportunity to challenge new welterweight king Keith Thurman in a contest sanctioned by the World Boxing Council as a final eliminator.
On the scales, the two former world title holders scaled 146.5lbs (Berto), plus bang on 147lbs (Porter) respectively and are now ready to trade blows to become the number one contender for the green and gold belt.
In the co-feature, WBC super-welterweight champion Jermell Charlo is preparing for his first defense as the American tackles mandatory challenger Charles Hatley.
Charlo hit 153.5lbs, whilst Hatley came in slightly heavier at 153.7lbs in an encounter a long time in the making.
Hatley was part of the ill-fated WBC 154 pound tournament that failed to make it through the initial stages, of which the number one contender claimed his place with victory over Anthony Mundine in November 2015.
All four boxers are ready to rumble for the New York event, which will be televised live on Showtime in the United States and Sky Sports in the United Kingdom.
