Pictured: David Haye not injured, cornrows in and ready to fight!
An unreliable UK news source published reports of David Haye apparently pulling out of his fight with Tony Bellew, which are completely untrue.
Haye visited Munich this week to check-in with his German doctor before this weekend’s clash, although the two-weight world champion is fighting fit and ready for action.
Scaremongering has long been a practice among some UK ‘media sources’ but until it comes from an official source, the Haye v Bellew fight is happening on Saturday night.
The 36 year-old has a well-known history of pulling out of contests through injury as Manuel Charr and Tyson Fury know only too well from Haye’s previous spell in the sport.
This time around, Haye looks to be focused and in the zone following heated exchanges between the pair at a recent Liverpool press confernce.
‘The Hayemaker’ even has his trademark cornrows in place, a certain sign that fight night is just around the corner.
