Watch: Tony Thompson vows to take any test to whoop David Price for a third time, then wants AJ

The world title challenger, who travelled to the UK twice in 2013 to defeat David Price previously, wants to break his retirement in order to fight the Liverpool man in a trilogy.

Controversial drug test failures have meant Thompson’s career has been under a cloud recently, although ‘The Tiger’ says he would be willing to meet any demands laid down by Price’s promoters Sauerland.

Price has suffered three losses in his career, all against boxers who subsequently tested positive for banned substances, and would have the opportunity to wipe off two of those should he agree the third fight.

Recently rejuvenated thanks to back-to-back wins and being reinstated into the world rankings, Price has been looking for the right opponent since missing out on facing Anthony Joshua.

Thompson, 45, has vowed to defeat Price if he accepts his challenge before then switching his attention to ‘AJ’ himself.
