York Hall hosts 19-fight pre-Christmas card next month
We are only two weeks away from the last London Goodwin Boxing show of the year and we end with a show that could be the best yet.
There are limited tickets available so why not treat yourself to the hottest ticket in town in December.
Five major title fights and a massive undercard will provide amazing value for money. At present 19 fights in total are scheduled.
Two eagerly awaited Southern Area titles head the card:
Ben Day clashes with Michael Devine for the Lightweight crown. Both are aiming to become two weight area champions with Day having held the super-lightweight crown and Devine the Super-Featherweight title. It is real 50/50 fight that boxing enthusiasts want to see.
Youth means experience in the Southern Area Featherweight clash. Where experienced holder Jamie “The Genius” Speight who has featured on Sky TV shows takes on undefeated young gun “Handsome” Josh Kennedy.
The final of the Cruiserweight fight cup promises explosive action when Ryan Crawford takes on Karl Wheeler for the newest boxing cup and competition.
Jamie Arlain faces Andrew Joicey in an eliminator for the Southern Area lightweight title with the winner in line to face the winner of Day and Devine. Arlain beat Joicey in a close 8 round contest for the British Challenge Belt in September. Now they both put it on the line in an eagerly awaited re-match over the full 10 round championship distance.
The final title fight will be explosive where undefeated Jordan Joseph takes on Eric Mokonzo for the British Challenge Belt at Light- Heavyweight. Big punching Mokonzo predicts he will knock out Joseph inside three rounds. Joseph under the tutelage of top trainer Don Charles is well aware of the threat and has other ideas.
The fantastic undercard features Middleweight sensation Brad Pauls amongst many others.
