European title fights Callum Smith v George Groves and Kubrat Pulev v Mariusz Wach will go to purse bids on November 14, the EBU have announced.
Smith, the current super-middleweight champion, is pencilled in to face compatriot George Groves for the blue belt in what would be an interesting contest for the British fans.
Groves previously knocked out Callum’s brother Paul in just two rounds when the pair met in 2011 for the British and Commonwealth belts at Wembley Arena, which gives the Smith family a chance for revenge.
As both are highly ranked with world governing bodies, Smith and Groves could decide to leave any clash on the boil for 2017, although with chances few and far between, an all-UK encounter could be the perfect stop-gap.
At heavyweight, Bulgarian brute Pulev has mandatory Wach to deal with should he want to keep a grip on the championship with more set to be revealed on both fights next Monday.
New featherweight champion Dennis Ceylan, who out-pointed Ryan Walsh recently to claim the vacant belt, has been put forward to battle Spanish ex-world champion Kiko Martinez.
It looks a tough defense for Ceylan, although the Dane has the added bonus of making a voluntary against another foe before March 2017.
