Price, who is set to appear on the Anthony Joshua bill later this year, warmed up for a possible return to the Echo Arena in two weeks time with a second round stoppage of Ivica Perkovic.
The 33 year-old had too much meat on his punches for the veteran Croat, adding to his May comeback win at Goodison Park, which ended in the same session.
Super-lightweight contender Davies scored a similar win to compatriot Price as the Londoner improved to 13-0 by defeating Frenchman Chaquib Fadli.
Davies, 24, is in line for a British title shot in the near future and looks set to be competing at a much higher level in the future.
In the co-feature to the main event, Enrico Koelling scored a unanimous decision over Ryno Liebenberg in what seemed to be a victory for the South African.
Judges carded 117-111 and 116-112 for Koelling, whilst a third saw it 117-111 for Liebenberg.
Also on the bill, cruiserweight Kai Robin Havnaa and Leon Bauer both recorded early KO’s to remain undefeated, whilst big-punching Vincent Feigenbutz marched on with yet another early night.
