Ex-British heavyweight champion David Price is set to appear on the long-awaited WBA title undercard between Juergen Braehmer and Nathan Cleverly this weekend.
Braehmer and Cleverly were due to meet five years ago until the fight was called off at the last minute and both men will now battle it out for the German’s light-heavyweight crown in Neubrandenburg.
Part of Braehmer’s Sauerland stable, Price is set to participate in the first of two bouts this month as the Merseysider warms up for spots on Tony Bellew’s card on October 15 and a massive bill at Manchester Arena on November 26.
Joining their compatriot at the Jahnsportforum will be rising super-lightweight Ohara Davies and middleweight contender Anthony Ogogo as both look to extend their undefeated records on Saturday night.
Opponents for all three are yet to be confirmed but should be revealed in the next 48 hours.
Also on the card, Enrico Koelling faces Ryno Liebenberg at light-heavyweight, whilst big-punching Vincent Feigenbutz battles Guillermo Andino at 168 pounds.
Undefeated cruiserweights Artur Mann and Paul Drago are pitted against each other as 8-0 Leon Bauer and 6-0 Kai Robin Havnaa round off the action live on SAT1 in Germany.
Sky Sports pick up the broadcast for British viewers from 8pm.
