Amateur standout Brandon Thomson signs with Steve Goodwin

20 year old Thomson from Andover in Hampshire is trained by Liam Wilkins and becomes the latest top talent to join the ever expanding Goodwin team.

Thomson who will compete in the lightweight division will make his debut at the iconic York Hall on 24th September at the Josh Goodwin promoted “FOR HONOUR AND PRIDE” show.

Thomson won 20 from 25 amateur bouts and has a style even more suited to the professional game.

Goodwin was delighted with his new acquisition “Brandon is an exceptional talent. We are making his debut at York Hall but plan to have Brandon box at various locations in the South. We are already planning for this second bout to be in Swindon and Southampton and Portsmouth are other locations we are looking at.”

Thomson joins the ever growing list of current champions, former champions and future stars that are joining the Goodwin Boxing team.

“I am delighted to sign with Steve” said Brandon “He has an excellent managerial record and will steer me in the right direction towards titles whilst developing my career at the right pace.”
