Media Question: How do you feel about this fight with Ward?
Alexander Brand: I am thankful to be fighting in a great event, thankful to HBO and thankful to the promoter, Roc Nation Sports. It’s a privilege to fight one of the best, if not the best.
Media Question: Ward said it was harder to fight attackers like you, what do you think? Do you like fighting against technical fighters like Ward?
Alexander Brand: We will have to see. I don’t know if I will come out attacking or if I will counter more. It depends on how Ward will be fighting. But I will be ready. I will capitalize on his mistakes and make him pay.
Media Question: Ward said that you throw bombs, is that an accurate description of how you fight?
Alexander Brand: I can be a technical fighter, very uncomfortable to fight. I’m very complicated, not one-dimensional whatsoever.
Media Question: What do you want people to know about you?
Alexander Brand: I am an intelligent fighter in the ring. I can make adjustments easily. I’m a different kind of fighter than anyone else and I’m not going to make it easy for Ward.
