Bruisers Krzysztof Glowacki and Oleksander Usyk went face-to-face on Wednesday as the two prepare for all-out war on September 17 in Gdansk.
The WBO cruiserweight title, currently in the possession of Poland’s Glowacki, will be on the line as amateur legend and Olympic champion Usyk bids to win his first world title.
Glowacki claimed the belt with an impressive stoppage of long-reigning Marco Huck in 2015, whilst Usyk has won all nine of his bouts within the distance since turning pro in 2013.
Last time out, the 26-0 champion defeated former IBF belt holder Steve Cunningham in New York and makes the second defence of his crown against the Ukrainian.
