Tyrone McKenna and Gary Sweeney added to July 16 Cardiff bill

MGM are delighted to announce that Tyrone McKenna and Gary Sweeney have been added to the Frank Warren show in Cardiff on July 16th.

The show which will be headlined by Liam Williams vs Gary Corcoran and will be live on Boxnation.

“Both boxers fought in May but we are delighted to get them out so soon again as they have had a little bit of inactivity. It will be Gary Sweeney’s 2nd pro fight in quick succession but he has been training well under the watchful eye of his brother Michael.”

Sweeney added: “I’m Very excited to be out so soon after my last fight and have faith in my team who believe in me and to be on a Frank Warren bill. I believe I can spice up the Cruiserweight division and look forward to titles in 2017, but right now I’m just focused on July 16th.”

Tyrone McKenna will be hoping for a better ending in this fight as his last fight was stopped due to both box- ers been badly cut after a clash of heads. He says “Its great to be on big shows like
