Richard Maynard 31/05/2016

Knockout Entertainment Ltd. and Sport Archives Ltd, world leaders in social media video content, are today delighted to announce that they have reached an agreement with England Boxing to manage its YouTube account.

Knockout Entertainment, a YouTube Multi-Channel Network and Premier Partner, are owners of the influential YouTube boxing channels SecondsOut, MaxBoxing and Boxing UA – hugely successful stand-alone websites in their own right.

The agreement with England Boxing positions Knockout Entertainment as arguably the number one distributor of boxing content on YouTube with the latest analytics showing that it has almost reached 6m views across its channels in the last 30 days.

Knockout Entertainment will look to further enhance England Boxing’s video content with exclusive features, interviews, training and fight footage to make it the most informative online resource on Olympic-style boxing.

In addition, the new deal has come into place at an exciting time when the sport’s national governing body has a team of talented boxers heading to Rio for the 2016 Olympic Games.

Commenting on the new deal, Robert Waterman, Managing Director of Knockout Entertainment, said, “I’m absolutely thrilled to have agreed this deal with England Boxing and look forward to working alongside the team in what is set to be a thrilling year for boxing in this country with the Rio Olympics coming up. Knockout Entertainment has extensive expertise in the production and distribution of online video content, particularly on YouTube with its channels Seconds Out, MaxBoxing and Boxing UA, and aim to make England Boxing’s You Tube channel the ‘go to’ place for information on the boxing scene.”

Paul Porter, Chief Executive of England Boxing said: “England Boxing is delighted to have formed this new partnership with Sport Archives Ltd. Our revamped channel will help to raise the profile of our athletes and events during what promises to be an exciting Olympic year, and will continue to give our members access to exclusive new video content.”
