Ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor spoke to ESPN recently for an interview aired on this weekend on their ‘Sunday Conversation’ segment.
The 27 year-old discussed all things UFC following a very public fallout with boss Dana White and addressed the furore surrounding a possible cross-codes fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
McGregor is asking for a similar paycheck as Mayweather (around $100m) for any future fight between the pair as talk of a return to MMA overtakes the rumours of a mammoth pay-per-view event.
Mayweather retired last September after a 49th career victory without defeat against Andre Berto but still has that burning desire to pick up nine-figure checks.
