“This is just another exciting contest on a stacked card,” Smith said.
“Brent Moore is a fledgling pro with two wins from three bouts while Aaron Phillips has an outstanding record as an amateur.
“Aaron had one hundred and eighteen amateur bouts winning eighty five of them.
“He won global and league National titles and a QABA State title.
“Aaron is a very good prospect and his record in the amateurs backs that up.”
It’s another great local show down. Moore is trained by Brendon Smith out of Smithy’s TGW gym while Aaron is under the guidance of Craig Monagle at the Trading Blows Gym.
“I’m excited to fight on this card against a quality opponent,” Brent Moore said.
“I need to be at my best for this one.”
Aaron Phillips added.
“This is a huge opportunity for me and a huge stage to make my pro debut. Hopefully, my success in the amateurs can translate to the pro ranks.
“Brent Moore will be a tough opponent for my debut,” Phillips said.
