MGM´s Declan Geraghty is keen to get back in the ring, in his first fight since November. Geraghty will be fighting in San Pedro, Spain on 7th May and then again in Liverpool on 4th June.
Geraghty is well and truly ready to get back out there to continue his career progression and make the fights count towards some title shots in the near future. On
On June 4th, Geraghty will be fighting on Frank Warren´s show with MGM´s Liam Smith who is making his second defence of his WBO light-middleweight title and Ryan Farrag and Jazza Dickens who are both fighting for EBU titles. The fights will be live on BoxNation.
Geraghty has been training hard and he thinks that getting back in the ring is the best thing for him. “I want to make 2016 count,” he said. “These fights are the perfect start.”
Also, MGM´s Gary Sweeney is hoping to finally make his pro-debut on Friday 13th May when Jack Catterall defends his WBO Intercontinental Super-Lightweight title against Joe Hughes at the Premier Suite in the Macron Stadium, Bolton, exclusively live on BoxNation.
Sweeney, the seven-time Irish champion, who is managed by MGM and promoted by South Africa’s Golden Gloves, is keen to get started in the professional game.
