MGM´s Pauly Upton is fighting on Saturday night over ten rounds for the vacant Irish middleweight title.
The fight is taking place in Northampton against Terry Maughan and is Pauly´s first title fight and his first since November when he beat Zoltan Turai to secure his 11th straight win in the pro ranks.
Pauly is ready and thinks he is in with the very best chance of winning.
“Training has gone great,” he said. “I have worked harder for this fight more than any others as it´s my first ten rounder.
I think it will go as planned and that´s a win for me whether on points or KO. I know it will be me picking up the Irish title.”
