World Boxing council Heavyweight champion, Deontay Wilder, is confident of successfully defending his crown, factually emulating the plot of the fabled Rocky Balboa, when he travels to Russia to face mandatory challenger, Alexander Povetkin.

The WBC heavyweight champion will be Russia bound, for this igniting match in May.

The challenger is ensconced at home, but Wilder doesn’t have any problem in leaving the USA, to follow the “Steps” of Rocky Balboa in Rocky IV, albeit with state of the art and not rustic training facilities.

“I am very comfortable fighting in other countries, ” Deontay commented during an interview with Sky Sports.

“I can adapt to all environments or to any situation, so I’m ready for Russia. It’ll be like an episode of Rovy IV, but this time Rocky will be Afro American.”
