Andre Berto and Victor Ortiz – the rematch – is simmering nicely already as the pair prepare to trade blows for a second time on April 30.
The first fight back in 2011 won Fight of the Year accolades despite dying out in the second half at the famous Foxwoods Resort in Connecticut.
For six sessions though, Berto and Ortiz fought out a barnstorming battle that saw the duo taste canvas and give it all in front of a manic Mashantucket crowd.
Ortiz eventually came out on top to claim a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr, and that result clearly still rankles with Berto who was edgy and eager throughout their presser this week.
Once the head-to-head came around, Ortiz could sense Berto’s anger and began to bait him by sticking his chest out in his face whilst photographers snapped away.
Berto had to push Ortiz off in the end before the duo ultimately settled their difference by undergoing a second photo opportunity.
