Following that on the London bill, super-lightweight Kay Prospere battered Lee Connelly in the opening session, putting his opponent down twice on the way to 7-0, before Josh Kennedy set up the main event with a one-sided points win over Elemir Rafael 60-54.
Wadi Camacho moved closer to a title fight at the cruiserweight limit with a comprehensive points win over Czech journeyman Jindrich Velecky. Camacho took every round of six to push his record to 14-5 and make it two victories on the bounce following a run of three defeats.
In the same division, Jose ‘The Look’ Lopes scored a first round knockout win over Darren Snow to make it six straight wins as a professional. Lopes looked good and now moves on to a seventh outing on March 19 at York Hall in Bethnal Green.
