Upton brothers sign management deal with MGM

MGM 06/01/2016

Just days into the New Year and MGM are very pleased to announce their latest signing in the Upton Clan.

The Upton brothers, Pauly, Sonny and Anto are all trained and promoted by Ricky Hatton and will now put their management contract in the hands of MGM.

The band of brothers, who are all former Irish champions, turned pro in 2013 and are chasing titles under the watchful eye of Ricky Hatton. With MGM now in their corner too, 2016 could be an exciting year for the lads.

MGM Management said, “We are delighted to be managing the Upton brothers; they all show a lot of potential and we believe together with Ricky Hatton they will go far.”

It has also been announced that MGM´s Ryan Farrag and Steven Lewis, who are both ERT (Everton Red Triangle) trained boxers, will feature on the undercard for Derry Matthew´s WBO World lightweight title fight against Terry Flanagan on 13th February.

European Bantamweight Champion Farrag, will be in the ring for the first time since winning the title in Belgium and will be fighting over eight rounds. And super-light weight Steven Lewis is fighting his first ten round fight as he looks towards his first title in 2016.

The show “A Tale of Two Cities” is to be held at the Liverpool Echo Arena, shown live and exclusive on BoxNation.
